I come out and photograph your work, drone included where it helps, and we have twenty minutes on the phone about how you win jobs. You don't write a word or send me a single picture.

You wouldn't make your customers ring to find out roughly what a job costs, so I'm not doing it to you. One flat fee to build it, then you choose how it's looked after.

Billed to the nearest 15 minutes, so a quick 10-minute job is £11.25, not a full hour charged for five. On the £50 monthly plan, the first two hours each month are already included in the price.
Refer a trade
Know a tradesperson who needs a website? Send them my way, and if they go ahead and pay their deposit, you get £75. Simple as that.

On the £50 monthly plan yourself? Your own maintenance is waived for three months on top.
No limit, bonus at every 5th
Refer as many as you like. Every 5th successful referral bumps that payout from £75 to £100.
Five referrals in is £400 back to you — four at £75, the fifth bumped to £100 — and it keeps going from there.
The reward triggers once your mate's deposit has cleared — not just a chat that goes well. That's what protects both of us.
Not on the monthly plan yourself? The £75 still applies — there's just no maintenance to waive.
It works both ways. Whoever you refer benefits too — tell them to mention your name when they get in touch, and their first 3 months of maintenance are free, changes included, the usual two hours a month.

Most trade websites stall at the same place: the photos never turn up. So I come to you. A couple of hours on a job or a recent one you're proud of, and I shoot it myself, including aerial work with a drone where it suits, which for roofing, scaffolding, driveways and landscaping is most of the time. CAA registered and insured. You don't dig out a single picture off your phone.
